When will I receive my order?
- All orders are packed and processed locally within 2-3 business days. Please allow delays on public holidays and weekends.

Do you offer express shipping?
- All orders are sent via Auspost express with tracking. Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network.

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
- We take every reasonable step on our end to ensure your parcel is set for expected delivery. In the instance you do not receive your parcel, please follow up with your local post office using the tracking number provided.
